We are looking for a full-time RN to join our team at the Harmonia Healthcare. This position will play a critical role in delivering outpatient care to women suffering from hyperemesis gravidarum. The care model involves administering custom infusion treatments, Rx management and support. You will be responsible for managing the patient care experience and needs and will report to the Chief Medical Officer.
Patient Care

Patient advocacy and dedication to delivering the highest quality individualized patient care

Communicate with team members and caregivers to ensure a continuum of quality of care

Administer IV medication, antibiotics and vitamin therapy as per physician orders and protocols

Perform blood draws and EKGs

Empathy, compassion and patience are a must
Qualifications and Requirements

An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing
-
A registered nursing license in the state of NJ
-
Minimum 8 years of experience as a Labor and Delivery Nurse
-
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) and/or CPR certification, or willing to obtain before starting employment
-
Experience using electronic medical records (EMR) programs
-
Accurately document patient information and medical history in EHR following HIPPA guidelines
-
Strong interpersonal skills to establish rapport with patients, families, and healthcare team.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in business, education, or healthcare administration required or equivalent experience

At least three years of experience in outpatient practice management – women’s health experience is preferred

Proficiency with EMR systems, medical terminology and basic clinical pharmacology

Familiarity with HIPAA regulations
